Over the past 22 years I have supported a range of companies, from large multinationals with turnover in excess of $50bn to companies operating in local markets with sales of less than £100k. From human rights consulting to silicon IT, from innovative wave-power engineering to business process outsourcing, from recruitment to retail.
During this time, I have always sought to ask myself the question "how can I help these businesses grow?" It is the side of finance that I have always enjoyed the most, working with business leaders to drive innovation and change, and to grow the top-line (sales) while protecting the bottom line (profit, cash).
This has lead me to place where I want to deploy my skills more widely, where I can work with a number of SME businesses to help them scale up and achieve their growth ambitions.

Building a business that you can exit and realise good value. We will look across the Value Creation spectrum to work on your weaknesses and enhance your strengths.
I believe the fractional CFO model works best in scale up businesses with revenue between £500k - £10m, with ambition to scale. We are based in the South-West of England, but are happy to support firms further afield. While we can also work across industries, our primary focus is within the below sectors:
