CEO commitment

Initially this will require 1-3 days of a CEO time to support the diagnostic, outline the goals and ambitions, and work through some of the challenges. 

Beyond that, this will be light touch, with the expectation that the CEO is spending less time firefighting and more time driving the business forward.

CFO commitment

 Initially this will require a period of investigation and diagnostic alongside the CEO, while also working with other team members to understand the systems and address any obvious weaknesses.

Once established, the CFO will construct streamlined reporting processes and should require 1-2-day per month

CFO commitment

A monthly reporting cadence is established, but change programmes now need to be managed at a pace that suits a growing business with complex challenges, and the growth CFO will lead that in 2-4 days per month.
