Once established, the CFO will construct streamlined reporting processes and should require 1-2-day per month
Diagnostic review and setup - £2,000
Ongoing monthly support - £750-£1,500

The finance function is now running smoothly so the CEO will rely on the CFO for key insights
Options will be brought for the CEO to make decisions on, such as pricing strategy and appraised investments. The CEO can now focus on growing the business.
A monthly reporting cadence is established, but change programmes now need to be managed at a pace that suits a growing business with complex challenges, and the growth CFO will lead that in 2-4 days per month.
Ongoing monthly support - £1,500 - £2,500

The business is now humming so the CEO has time and space to work on what they are best at, whether that is sales, design, innovation. Regular meeting cadence is established, with consistent KPIs and insights provided by the CFO alongside other business updates. The wider team are now aligned and take leading roles in creating value.
The finance function needs management, direction and control. The business is expecting consistent, systematic reporting cadence. Board level participation requires sufficient time to prepare and attend.
The CFO is now a firmly established member of the team, and onsite presence will become more important
